Haltech *20 bucks paypal* to whoever figures out whats wrong with my car
well.. that diagram from the s4 training supplement represents STARTof injection tables
and thinks the haltech uses END of injection tables
but dont think that is all the fault.. certainly you describe a poor staging setup to 4 injectors
but does not explain the continued lean-ness as it warms up
this PC wont download the ecu manager program so cant look over your file
but maybe you should check the after start enrichment period and see if it ties in with the motor starting to lean out
would like to see your coolant map and logs of your coolant temp sender and if there is values in the AIT tables
but having trouble with the ecu manager
if you run with no AIT.. but have values in the tables.. then it could well be defaulting to the extreme end of the AIT look up table
you must be sure they are zeroed

You need an air temp sensor. Never going to run right without one. The other setup issues with the staging, dead times, target O2 map, etc. need to be addressed before you try to progress. As Claudio said, it just needs calibrated by someone that's competent.
dont worry about your AIT for now, it should start and drive without it.. but you need to get it working before tuning inboost.
It looks like your coolant correction map is the problem. try lowering correction to 30% or so at the lower limit and linearize down to zero at 150F. you will likely have to add fuel to your priming and fuel maps since it will start and run leaner while warming up
also i would move up your staging bar to 1psi or so, so that your secondaries wont turn on with you just blipping the throttle to 0 psi.
you can also try disabling your transient throttle and decel fuel cut while troubleshooting your problems
the other thing it could be is a vacuum leak, which gets worse when the car warms up. check your intake gaskets, cracks in the manifold, and lower injector seals. your injectors should not be able to turn freely with the fuel rail installed

Guys,
Please review this datalog. Its 20 minutes long. Car idles perfect. Any blip of the throttle goes instantly lean.
Update. Injectors have been cleaned and flow tested.
Offer still stands for that 20 bucks. Im at my wits end.
Its too big to attach. Ill email it. Please halp! Multipass!

3rdgensleeper,
Send me ur PayPal.
Turns out it was TPS.
I can't ******* explain it. One of the first things I checked.
I can watch it on the ecu, and it's fully functional throughout the whole throttle range, from 0 to 100.
I unplugged it today, and bam. Like I said, I can't explain it.
Mind boggling. $2.5k later. F me batman.

well you didnt fix your problem, you just found a new symptom that shows it is related to TPS input.
check your transient throttle settings, especially the coolant correction.. looks like its set to 50% across the board. i think its dumping 50% more fuel every time you blip the throttle. try 5% at low temp and linearize to zero at running temp. OR to troubleshoot, disable transient throttle alltogether and see if problem goes away
