We're waiting to hear back from the manufacturer on timing for the electronics (they are all custom built to our spec). The housings we've already started

The more the merrier, I'm sure as well that they are looking for more people to be added to the list as it makes it more cost effective to do a larger order at once. And I heard they love the part about assembling each and every single unit by hand

Off topic here.. But when did the website come online again? I was going to it twice a day while it was offline lol.

Yeah unfortunately every set takes hours upon hours upon hours with jigs, and aiming and all sorts of fancy magic we've worked up over the years. I (unfortunately) hand build each set : . Then we've got all our customized and custom spec'ed components on top of that.

The website has been back for a week and a half or so? We still haven't relisted the headlight group buy to prevent confusion, but we've got a few things up at the moment including the long awaited fire extinguisher setup we just got posted.

FD3S Fire Extinguisher Mount: OEM Seats - SakeBomb Garage

We're building it back up day by day... soon we'll maybe even have content haha. We've been meaning to scan all the Mazda Japan FD brochures we've got kicking around here.... nearly everything published by Mazda from 1992-2002 and all the mazdaspeed ones as well. I should post in the FD section one of these days to see if anyone really cares to dig through scans of this old stuff.

Stupid question:

This product will still be available at the regular price after the group buy? I very much intend on purchasing this, but I've made other commitments with my funds at the moment. I'm happy to pay the $975 later, I just want to confirm they're not going out of production.

Not really. We've never been able to keep them in stock after group buys, and they are very labor intensive to create and costly to stock, so we typically aren't able to keep them stocked especially with the demand. If there are any left over from the group buy we will happily list them for sale on the website but there's only been a couple weeks total that we've ever had them "in inventory" on the website.

We're trying to get away from hand-made products as we simply don't have the time, so if you want one I would highly suggest placing your order now. We also have limited components for housings at the moment so when we run out we'll close the group buy. The sooner the better if you want a guaranteed spot.

SBGarage - do we have an ETA? I just need a time frame to keep me from going crazy I'm sure the other guys who paid are also curious. Whether the ETA is next month or next year, I'd like to get some kind of ball park to keep me from going crazy.

Maybe if you slipped one your fire extinguisher brackets in there as well to help me mount the light to the tree.. I think thats the only possible way I could do it
