I am the first one on the list but I havent received it yet. Just wanted to see who you have shipped it out to. Thanks!

-AzEKnightz
There was a v-mount purchased prior to the group guy, and one that was ordered off of our website. So you are the first on the list of 4 people, and will ship first. Most likely all 4 will go out at the same time though.

Is it possible for you guys to use a Fluidyne radiator rather than a Koyo?

Obviously the increase of the price will be paid. Thanks.
I think we could use fluidyne. The upper mounting tabs are slightly different, but I believe it will still work. I am fine with that for anyone wanting a fluidyne.

Maybe when yout testfitting one of the kits? If not thats ok, im sure we will be seeing some from the shipped kits so far

What kind of cfm is this intercooler capable of pushing without major pressure drop? It looks as if that size core would be vastly inadequate for high hp 7's.... any Datalogs of pressure drop pre to post intercooler on a car making any real type of horsepower (500+ rwhp)

I opted for the hot-side piping to the stock twins, if Logan can't upload a picture of it, I'll gladly post pics of it when I get the kit put on my car

The core size has been used on Rx-7's running 400-440rwhp on the street and track. For 500+ rwhp a larger core and 3-3.5" piping is going to be needed. It gets difficult to fit a core that large in a bolt on kit that actually functions. Custom made is the way to go for 500-550rwhp and up.

Two people got the kits, and we easily would have met my promise of before the end of the month if not for the intercooler disaster. Apparently we were too harsh on the supplier and he told me to deal with another company, as they could not do any type of express delivery or timely replacements. We had to wait a few days to get a refund during the shipping duration back to the source (california). Been talking to anyone and everyone to get ahold of 4 intercoolers quickly. Finally might have found a reliable source and he is calling me in the morning, if 4 are in stock and out they go. The minute they show up it will take 20 minutes per intercooler to complete the kits and then ship to you guys. This is seriously all we are waiting for.

The two people we know of is NOT on the GB list. Please do not include them in this conversation. Because we are dealing with our GB and I doubt they are on here. IF in fact they are, I would need a complete explaination why they wouldve received it before I did. Thanks!

To be honest Logan, I am in the business and when I promised my customer that they will get their car back by certain time. I will fulfill it almost everytime. Yes, there are other situations but I dealt with the customer with constant updates, progress and time schedule therefore they know they wont felt left behind.

And if they indeed needed their car by a certain time, knowing that I lose money. I was willing to rent a car for them until their car is fixed. Of course you can rent me a RX7, but what I am trying to say is a business have their model and shall always follow it. Trust/communication between customers are always #1 priority.

Yes, you received wrong parts. Guess what? It was your fault for not checking your shipments therefore delaying, what? this complete process from your first day promise of 3 weeks in return after payment received to about 7 weeks in. Now about 3 months.

IF I were in your situation, I could careless if I make "less" money. I would put on some more expensive cores IF I have to to get it out and kept a good customer relationship and people would come back.

Even after I get my core kit back. I can assure you this have left a very bitter feeling and poor customer service in my book. Not sure what other's feel but that's exactly how I feel.

You DONT take someone else's hard work money, paid for some cores and brackets etc etc, and have the rest in your account and NOT get the product out on time.

You may seem "this guy's an ******* trying to get something out of me from this deal." No I am not. I am just purely not satisfied for the fact that this has been dragging for over 3 months from the original 3 weeks.

I am not trying to teach you how to manage a business here, please dont get offended. But I am just telling you exactly how I felt and the way I am being treated.

I agree with AzEKnightz. Having seen some of the Defined cars I know their work is amazing. I was looking forward to buying one of their vmounts pending the first go around.

While there are always circumstances you can't control there are always solutions. The real choice is what AzEKnightz alluded to. Do you take a short term hit to your wallet to make everything right with the first round of customers? Or do you keep delaying...even if it is for a viable reason...and lose future customers?

Personally I've decided to spend extra money on a "name" "JDM-tyte yo" vmount.

Hope this clears up as from everything I've ever seen the Defined products are top notch and would be great for the community if they come through.
