*Interest only* Arrowhead lighting diffused tails v1.0

I am not sure how you priced it out since I did not release the parts used but It would not be worth it for doing that cheap. There is a reason other companies have their tails for $1000 plus. I just got done with my set and it took me around a week to do and I already polished the housing and did the 99 spec conversion before hand. Of course it won't take me that long doing it again since I have all the bugs worked out but imagine soldering over 800 points just for a set of tails and would you want to do it that cheap if you knew that?

I thought this thread was for the "arrowhead" shape? this /------ --- ------\ design.
The reason we (SakeBomb Garage) stopped producing these tails is because David Hayes had called the NHTSA on us for not DOT approved tail lights and wanted to validate the brightness himself before we continued producing more. For the $15,000 fine risk it didn't make sense to end up in risky territory with David calling DOT/NHTSA (again). So hopefully you'll get your reboot of our design vetted with David first or I suspect you'll face the same barrage. Hopefully David will keep the playing field level and impose the same level of scrutiny as he did to ours, since we would have been selling these for the last 4 years had it not have been for that whole mess. Anyway, beware, it's a steep hill and David Hayes is the self appointed gate keeper.

Tom and David have been in touch with me about the whole deal about the SBG tails. My tails are using Oem leds for brake light if you rip apart a Dodge Charger tail light and mine you will see the same components in there.
