Raksj04,

The kit can be sold without the ps cooler to save money, probably save around 150 if its like the FD set-up. The a/c brackets will be welded onto the radiator so you can use it in the future if you do not want to.

In the past I had alot of options like better clamps and better quality silicone hoses. I have gone away with that to just make everything standard and to drive DOWN the overall price.

The kit will come with everything you will need except you will need to get the greddy elbow. There has been talk about making the piping fit an FD intake/tb/greddy elbow set-up for the FC, but I am going to hold off on that for now.

I will have more info once its closer to being finalized, but I want to make sure that this kit will be solid and that you will not need anything else.

I do not want to have people to have to tap wiring for the fan assmebly so it will come with its own thermo switch that will be tapped into the endtank on the radiator and NOT pushed through the fins<---thats weaksauce.

Thanks to everyone else for the replys.

raksj04, no new info just yet oter then the old news that I am lagging and still catching up from me being selfish and using my project money to buy an FD. I know I wasnt supposed to get high off y own supply, but can you imagine if I used customers money to by stuff for myself and then try to raise money to do my customers stuff...lol

Also it would be so much easier to do a GB like other companies to fund the prototypes secretly. Sneaky, just show some vague *** pictures of a vmount kit and say its done just to get the money to make the real kits.

So I apologize again, I really am lagging. Believe me, I really want to get it done, I would hate to lose you guys to another vendor.

I know sorry can only last so long.

pretty much everyone using this will have a stand alone so do you think the thermo switch is needed?

Rob XX 7.

It will come standard with the fan assembly that will come on the new radiator/oil cooler set-up. The one I have been looking at comes with the temp sensor and a box to select the different temps for the fans to come on at. I know not everyone will have stand alone and I am trying to make these the most user friendly and easy to install as possible. The customer will have the option to cap the one that comes with the kit and use their own.

The only thing that will be optional will be the deletion of the PS kit. All kits will come standard to work with AC because it will be built into the brackets. The ps kit is also standard but can be deleted to save money.

If I offer a base kit and then start having upgradeable options it will be alot more then me just offering a complete kit. I know it sounds backwords, but the way I make them and order stuff in bulk it works out for both of us. You guys get a kit with all the good stuff and its easier for me to just build them all the same.

I just want to provide a good product.

MY goodness,

So I am getting ready to make this happen, getting everything together and finalizing some stuff.

Here is the list of people who will get an additional 100 off the GB price for waiting.

There were a few in the thread who were not interested and just posting opions which is more then welcome, but they were in this thread prior to my post #174.

At the time of the GB I will list my list price, the GB price and those of you with the discount will get an extra hundred off. This is good for all 3 kits.

If you miss your GB chance, you may save your 100 off the list price for when you can get the kit.

So here are the following people who qualify for the extra 100 off GB price in no particluar order.

Funkspectrum gets his own special pricing..lol

Basically, it's like this. I said christmas because it will take the me and the fabricator 3 to 4 weeks to get all the parts and to build the kits once they are ordered. This means I need to have all 3 kits done and ready for presentation by late October.

Also, do not foget that the guys on the list have their 100 off on the GB price and the list price.

Who ever is in the Bay Area and buys the kit at list price will get free installation. If your in the Bay area and get the GB price I can do the install for 250.

Ben
