Have you personally driven/drive an FC with this installed? What your thoughts on noise/bump/overall feel/feedback if so.

Unfortunately I haven't had a chance to drive with one installed yet but we haven't heard any complaints from our existing customers.

We are currently sold out of the diff mount but are in the process of doing another run. We will make an announcement when they are back in stock. Or like our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/Lucky10RDF for quicker updates on progress. Thanks for the interest.

so still autocrossing the car and kicking around.

The car probably needs to have some body work and paint done soon to keep it up and fresh.

But recently I ripped and broke off the tabs off the subframe holding the diff together.

So first I had to pull the car apart, cut out the old broken subframe, cut a new 3/8ths square, notch it and then weld it back into the subframe

I bought a badass custom front diff mount from "lucky10" Lucky-10 | Research Design Fabrication, took the hard bushings out and used softer energy poly bushings in it. Bought some delrin rear subframe bushings and installed a bumpstop above the diff too.

So far so good. Had the car up to 80 on the highway and no extra nvh than before with the mazdaspeed front diff mount and oem subframe bushings

I have a little bit of popping noise on this upon loading it when the rear end is moving around. I gotta get back under it and check some stuff out. The pinion snubber is not preloaded and I wonder if that is what is making the noise or if the poly bushings are moving around a little.

I probably should have used a 3/8 bolt and redrilled the holes for the red bushings, instead I used the 5/16 bolts and left holes smaller. So the red bushings could be moving around when being loaded a little bit.

Im hoping its just the pinion snubber and it needs to be preloaded to the diff

So is Lucky-10 making and selling that diff mount now? Last I spoke to them (awhile ago) they were sold out and had no immediate plans for another run.
