Anywho, do you have pictures as an example from another car at all? Just trying to think what it would look like.

Why make just a cover.
Just make the UIM CF like the Feed and Kiwi Re one

I personally want some proper gauge pods made for the drivers and passenger door air vents.

 

It would be for those with front mount set ups. Exact contour of the uim. It would slip over top of it possibly using the intercooler mounting points.


Oh and franco's respons was because he is trying to sell his car on ebay......i was messing with him yesterday.

Can you use regular boat resin with carbon fiber, or does it have to be super clear with different properties?

All us vert guys are still waiting for a carbon fiber or fiberglass trunk lid

Everybody wants an aluminum (or carbon fiber) underbody tray

 

the undertray I really want, the trunk lid- eh, probably too much of a limited market for them to bother.

Wait, you mean metal might get dented and you could simply pound out the dents. But you'd rather bust out your fiberglass repair kit and get the epoxy mixed up to fix gashes and scrapes in fiberglass. Or zip tie it...
It would be lighter maybe... But sheet metal really isn't going to weigh much at all either.

I'll take metal. But Aluminium is not going to be as cheap as stainless steel sheet metal, I'm going make my own I think... Unless a professional wants to do it and sell it to me?
