correct me if i am wrong but didn't mazda make a FC with a AL under tray. i think it was on the areo package, which was supposed to lower the drag from 0.31 to 0.29. it also had little foam thingys before the rear wheels.

what about making a serp or cog belt system for our cars kinda like the one guitar junkie had made. I think it would be cool to have a it control the main, water pump, and alt pulley, then have a belt to the power steering, i mean i like my power steering.

the front piece that is under the engine cradle and radiator is always plastic and is on every 2nd gen this is what he is making. There is also an aluminum piece that goes behind the engine cradle near where the oil drain plug is that only came on a few models and I've never seen one in real life only one picture of a bent up one.

I was doing some searching and found the Knightsports website and in their FC section i found this

But i wonder if they ever made one for the NA FC so people with a FMIC could use it.

it would be nifty if someone made a kit to activate the vdi and 6pi on the s5 intake mounted on s4 block. I'm not good with electronics, and I don't have access to something to make bracket for the vdi actuator
Or if someone just wants to do It for me or sell me their old setup, let me know.

That already exsists if I understand you correctly. It's called a gilmer drive or something like that. Here's a link:

I wish the same thing its a bit pricy I think but getting cogs made isn't very cheap either so maybe its actually priced right. At least it looks nice. I didn't see a replacement belt mentioned. Hopefully its a timing belt from a civic or something cheap like that.

I'm planning on trying to make a fiberglass Driver side A-piller with 3 gauge pockets molded into it. No more need for screws.

A fiberglass headliner for S4 and S5 (with/without power seat belts)

A dual sub enclosure that fits in the storage compartment that will allow you to close the lid and not get any rattle from the bass. This will also be fiberglass.

A fan shroud that allows better air flow for E- fans.

A fiberglass or Aluminum custom dash cluster. this will allow you to put your own gauges in it. such as tack, speedo, and so on
That triple gauge pod would be killer. I hate universal tack-on gauge pods, they don't compliment the lines of the interior, it makes the car look like a lego set gone wrong.

Also, I know this is going to draw some scorn, but does anyone know of bi-directional door hinge kit for these? I've seen them for the 3000gt/stealth, and basically they allow you to do the vertical doors thing, or flip a lever (or something like that) and go back to the standard outward opening deal. It's cool because it allows you to park in a parking garage without worrying about trashing your door frames on the ceiling... and it draws less attention.

I'm very interested in an engine cover like the two posted above but for an NA S4. Material doesn't matter as I'd paint it to match.

If you could make it like the PanSpeed one that would be awesome.

I want to show off the clean rotary keg but cover up the extra junk in the bay.

I need a "get rich quick" plan so I can fund all my own fabrication projects. That'd be pretty cool.

yeah but it would be sweet instead of having to source all the parts someone fabricated all the parts made them better and just got mass amounts of everything together with a custom bent intercooler and ****
