PeakBoost V-Mount Intercooler - NOW AVAILABLE

We now have available the PeakBoost V-mount intercooler kit! This kit is great because it lets you retain your stock (or stock replacement Koyo/Fluidyne) radiator, making the V-mount setup a viable option for those who have already invested in a high quality radiator. This setup will work with 90% of single turbo kits on the market - please contact us if you are unsure of your application.

INCLUDES:

- 3" Intercooler Core

- Intercooler Mounting Hardware

- Radiator Relocation Brackets

*Note - Due to the vast number of different turbo kits on the market, you will need to have intercooler piping fabricated to work with your specific turbo setup. You will need to source new radiator hoses of the proper length. Works with single turbo setups only.

*Current lead time is 2-4 weeks

We are currently taking a small group buy pre-order as follows:
1-3 Units = $1239.00
4-6 Units = $1199.00
7-10 Units = $1150.00

To get in on the group buy, send your (real) name, billing/shipping address, and phone number to info@gothamracing.com.

it says you need to source radiator hoses which doesnt make much sense if it comes with radiator relocation brackets which will locate it to a specific spot. also there is no ducting so whats the point of a v-mount? so if you add up the costs of this kit complete its still quite pricey. that is unless you are a genius with a tig welder and have metal breaks and stuff of that sort. just my opinion and im just trying to be helpful and if i step on any toes i do appologize.

It has the flat (sharp) edges on the core plates. Good built intercooler should help air flow. I'm not talking about the inside of the intercooler , I'm talking about outside air flow. If you have sharp edges air flows less. The pic i drew may explain better .
This is good

This is not

That's a spearco core, which one of the best in the market. The difference in airflow you speak of is marginal and can't even be quantified due the differences in fin sizes and layout from one style to the next. What you should be really worried about is the inner core fin layout. Do some research before you make an invalid comment like that.

Looks like a pretty interesting setup. Especially if one can reuse their existing radiator.

Any more pics of this especially showing the radiator and support for A/C condensor?
