Unfortunately, no. At this point, so many people are running so many different bumpers that it's hard to make a duct that will work, and there just aren't enough 99 bumpers to make it worth a ducting kit. What most people do (and what we do here) is flush them against the integrated ducting of whatever bumper you are running.

well i was wondering (if you have brackets) how they will mount in a 99 spec bumper? are the 19 row mocals the same ones that crooked willow racing used to use in their set?

Is there an "option" for brackets if we're currently running a stock single oil cooler? Basically, is there a direct bolt on kit for someone like myself without dual oil coolers already in their vehicle?

I got in on the earlier GB for the duals and I have a 99 spec bumper. I had to make my own mounting assembly and plan on creating custom ducts later this year. If they're were bracket available I would have gotten them.
