Otay had a complete Saratoga sunroof assembly for sale in our regional classified area. I've been on the hunt for a sunroof for my fc ever since i got the car, and had the cash to burn when he posted his ad. He was super quick to ship to item out, and it was packed very well.

However it still got damaged by UPS in transit. The glass was cracked when I unpacked it. I sent Otay a pm about this, then started the damage claim with UPS. UPS was not very good with communicating with me or Otay, they ended up picking up the re-packaged item form me and then just shipping it to the UPS store he had originally sent it from. They didn't even bother contacting either of us.

I call up UPS about a week after they had gotten the sunroof back from me to check the status, which is when they tell me they had sent it back. I relay all this to Otay, who then took the helm of this whole ordeal. Fast forward to this week where UPS finally pays out for the insurance claim, Otay refunded me the whole cost of the item, plus the shipping (which was a pretty penny given the size of the unit)


tl:dr Otay is a good guy.

Otay was great about being available to answer my questions and concerns. He always replied to my pms, emails, and text messages promptly. I would definitely buy from Otay again, and he will be highly recommended to any friends on mine as well.
