I got into a little trouble the other night with my FC and some rain.

Anyway, I damaged my greddy fmic v-spec beyond repair and now need a replacement.
I have a question about which one to get. I see many cores on ebay and just needed some help on finding the right one. I can get a direct repalcement, right?

Is there a upgrade to the one I had? How thick does it need to be? Is bar and plate better? And why? I have a to4 60-1 turbo so i need to support that.
