Would you use these housings?

Hey guys! I know I could probably figure this stuff out by just searching and reading other threads, however I think this might be an opportunity to talk to and get to know some of you guys.

Just tore into my s4 T2's motor. Got a few pictures of the housings and plates. They both (housings) have noticible groves around the outer edges, a bit of chatter marks (nothing I can physically feel) and some smooth scoring-looking lines on the compression sides. All the marks are smooth, so I don't know how they happened, as the inners of the seals aren't worn like that, the ends are though (Also, 3 piece seals so probably rebuilt at some time?) This motor has 189k on it, and was maintained. SO MUCH carbon on the rotors, the side seals were glued in there.

Anyways, here are the pics I grabbed of the housings.

Hard wear lines around one exhaust port, but not the other

e-shaft also, I don't think it looks too bad?

Thanks for looking at my long post. I'm in Maryland, around Ellicott City if anyone is still out here.

all 1986-1998 engines were 3 piece seals. eshaft looks good.

those housings look pretty done, either buy new, or have them resurfaced

Thanks for the input, I contacted Freelance Motorsports and Chips about resurfacing.
