this may be a simple or complex problem....i wrecked my vert and now im buying a shell but my engine wont start!! i didnt hit the front end though!? every time i try to crank it it turns slowly and it wont fire up and i smell gas. is it flooded?? it has been sitting for 2 months and wont turn over now, the motor is a rebuild with 3k on it and street port. also my battery wont hold a charge but even when jumped it cranks slowly. could it be a electical system failure?
