It's Wierd And Don't Know What To Do. Can Anyone Help Me? My Problem Is That My Car Has Dramatically Loss Power And Feels Like I'm Forcing It When I'm Driving It Normally, Shifting At 3,ooo Rpm. It Started When I Had My Transmission Changed. It Shift Just Fine Though. I Think Maybe He Put Something On Wrong Or Criked. What Would Cause This? Anything Specific I Should Look At Or Concider First? The Person Who Put It On Said It Was The Engine But It Was Fine Before. My Car Sat There Without Being Turned On For A Month Should I Concider That Too? He Said He Was Going To Take It Apart Again And Check It Out, But I Don't Want To Wait Another Month For It To Be Done If It's Has To Do With Something Electrical Or Something Like That. Well I Don't Know, Any Ideas?

Could A Ground Wire Do This?

 

check the connections from the trans to the engine, (neutral safety switch and the 5th gear/reverse switch) and make sure they are hooked up right. get someone to stand behind the car and turn ignition on and shift through the gears, if at any time your back up lights come one while shifting through any gear besides reverse (usually 3rd or 5th) then you got the two wires from the 5th gear/reverse switch hooked up wrong... what shape is your neutral safety switch in? mine was really really bad the wires were starting to come apart and i had this problem so i replaced it, it was like 30 bucks or soemthing

 

Where Exactly Are They Located At? I Wouldn't Know How It Looks Like. The Reverse Lights Come On Right, They Come On In Reverse So That's Ok. When The Cars In Neutral The Revs Go Up Fast But When In Gears It Feels Like I'm Forcing It With Loss Of Power.
