Whats a 13B+Tranny 150K Miles Worth?

Thinkin About Gettin An 88 GXL With A 13B, its got 150K Miles though, says it doesnt run, he thinks its flooded, I'd be selling the motor+tranny once I get it, tranny has new clutch, whats it worth?

$150 is the most i would pay. they are available everywhere....
