What to do about boost cut

I have my car set up for 15lbs of boost. I'm using EFI's PMS to program my fuel and timing. When my plugs are new I'm fine but after just a few thousands miles on them I start to get fuel cut around 5krpm. I think that the ecu is just trying to protect the motor from high boost. What can I do? If I get a fcd where do I get one and how does it work?

I'm pretty sure they have them at the Rx-7 store in the upper left hand corner of the screen. And am also pretty sure FCDs trick the ECU into thinking its running stock boost levels. I don't have a turbo so don't be mad if I am not 100% correct. Look at the store though. I'm not sure what the fuel cut is at on a 3rd gen but its never good. You need the fuel for the extra boost. A FCD is basically the first thing you need if you plan to ^ the boost.
