Its under the oil metering pump as to which I have blocked off. If not need for anything wondering if I can use it for my oil return line.

 

I believe that is either the turbo feed or turbo return for the oem turbos

 

That's the oil return, and yes you can use it for the turbo oil return. Lol

FYI.

Any oil return has to be below the turbos. Make sure you clean the gasket area & where the oil runs thru, you don't want that paint to build up on your pickup tube.

I thought that's what it was I bought the motor all apart and my turbo is higher than that port.


As for the paint I know the stupid guy I bought the motor from did a terrible job painting it. But thanks all for the input I only have an rx8 now and this is my first rotary build and in the manual that side isn't well depicted.
