Weird sound at slow speeds.

It was raining recently and I lost control of my FD and went completely over a curb and into someones lawn. This made me hurt for my car. Anywho, today was the first time I drove my car since, I had to change the tire since it was flat. I bent the stock wheel and will have to have it replaced, but that's another story. It drove fine, nothing seems wrong except when I get close to home. When I was in reverse there was this sound coming from the middle bottom of my car. It sounded like something was dragging on the ground. I pulled over to see if it was the exhaust hanging down, but nothing was dragging. I drove off and could still hear the noise. But only at slow speeds. Also if I'm barely moving and hit my brakes hard it happens almost like something is shaking hard, a metal sound. Nothing from my view point seems to be loose. So I don't know what it could be. Any ideas fellas. I always appreciate your guys' help. Thanks.

Danny
