Angry Weird Electrical Issue

Whats up guys. For the past 2 months, my '92 FD has not been running because of a weird electrical issue. Basically, All of the sensors read crazy values and fluctuate all the time. This causes nothing to be correct in the ECU so the car won't run. It's on a Haltech 550 and I already sent it to Haltech to have them check the ECU to make sure that wasn't the issue. I have some data logs if someone wants to look at them. I'm so fed up with the car at this point It was running fine and then it started having weird hiccups while driving. It would go back to running normal right after but this started happening more frequently. Eventually, It stopped starting. It was like it had two modes, correctly running mode and crazy values ECU going haywire mode. It would always snap out of it and be perfectly normal after. Now it's stuck in the crazy haywire mode if you will. I've scanned the harness up and down for any shorts and melted spots and I cannot find any issues with it. I am still looking further into the harness but It just seems so weird. please look at the haltech log if you get a chance it shows the craziness that's going on within the ECU. For some context, the whole log is while the car is not running and is just with the key turned to auxiliary. If anyone has any suggestions please help I've been battling this issue for months. For some reason I can't upload the logs so here is a link to a Google Drive with a log in it.
