NC very bad rough idle (video) help

sorry if this is not the right section to post this but it wont let me post on the 2nd gen part,

so i have a 1990 gxl and it wont idle right and sometimes just dies, it has new spark plugs and coils and im thinking about changing the fuel filter just to see if it helps!!!

You could bump up your idle speed..(factory is 750 rpm).
..and there are Tons of TPS adjustment threads.I would post one,but you need to get used to using search.

I did search and all the threads talked about the tps but not how to adjust it. Maybe i missed it somehow!!
