t2 bogging under deceleration

i have a 90 t2 s5 and i can seem to figure out why it feels/sounds like i am only running off one rotor when i am decelerating and when i am just cruising. i get full power back when im on the gas even the slightest bit have no idea what it is and my volts are great. does not stumble or anything at idle either

Please if you have any ideas of what it could be please post and ill try it out!!!

Cheers!
