Turbo Problems.

Ok so im in the process of ordering gaskets for my turbos and some new exhaust to get rid of my pesky exhaust leak. The second turbo is completely shot and the gaskets are shot as well cause I'm leaking oil everywhere....

So I purchased a used pair of twins with no shaft play but I'm missing a waste gate it turns out and I have some rust build up in what I think is the coolant area? (Sorry I'm a Turbo noob!) Ill post some pictures below.

Now is it possible to re-use one of my old waste gates from my old turbos and is there a way to get rid of this rust at all?

thanks for your help guys.

Here are some pictures.
