Turbo oil leak

Hey guys,

I recently bought my first Rx7 FD and have been driving it for a few months now and am loving it! I just recently noticed white smoke from under my hood after a days drive and it smelt of burning oil. I removed my air pump and tried to do some investigating and found what appears to be the leak. Here is the video I was able to take http://youtu.be/Ui-iksPudfw

The previous owner told me that the engine was rebuilt at 100,000km, it has 124,000km now and I'm starting to think they removed the turbo without replacing seals or washers. however I'm not sure.

If you guys could give me some advice and what needs to be replaced I would really appreciate it and add it to the list of parts the need replacing over this winter.

Thank you!

Only way to find it after its been spread is to clean it off and keep and eye out for the leak. Whatever is leaking has been leaking for a while and is getting on your exhaust or turbo and causing it to burn. I would search as low as the oil return on the turbo and higher. I usually fix any leak at the highest point that is obvious, and clean off everything else. Then I just keep an eye out
