Turbo 13b question

I am running a oldschool 4 port 13b turbo. When changing turbos and fixing a leaky oil return i was curious how much oil flows from the feed during cranking out nothing came out. Is this normal? Bad? The motor ran flawlessly but i got worried when i noticed no oil flow during cranking. I tapped off the oil pressure switch.

It should have oil pressure while cranking but can take a little while to prime.

I've had some take up to 60 seconds to prime after sitting for awhile.
