tire/rim size vs 1/4 mph

just trying to do some thinking here. when i was seq and has stock fd rims, my car ran a 12.6 @ 118.

I changed to non-seq and the rims to 17" im sure they are a little heavier and could not break 13.2 @ 111.

just trying to figure out if my car is the issue or if it was the rim/tire change. I know there are alot of variables to deal with other then that, but i was still pulling the same shitty 2.3 60'.

input? and i know 2.3 is a shitty time. so we dont have to discuss that :P
