such thing as a Rotary Front Wheel drive Mod??

Such Mod as a Front Wheel Drive Conversion?
Rotary Fanatic all the way.... My last FD had to be sold due to low cash...

I currently have a Vdub Jetta '94 that I hate ... was a fast buy .. I want to rip it apart and put a Rotary in it ...

Anyway to put a Rotary in it and get a tranny to make it FWD? Or anyway?

Has this ever been done?

Please dont Flame me ... I hate the VDub

Looking everyday for a good buy in a 2nd Gen at least to get me back to Wankle

Nothing that you can just buy and bolt on. It would require an *** load of fabrication. Rear wheel drive is better anyway. (IMO)

Owner of the First Pic? If you are do you have any Postings for your Mods? Pics , documentation of what all you had to do?

I'm sure there are some boltons or things that come close that can be retapped to fit Ithink Rotary Jeta would be interesting and unique.

You can bolt Lada's engine to the Jetta, but where you find this engine.Engine from mazda hot suitable for FWD installation (many problems with driving shafts and transmission).
