Starting issue help please

So I was messing with my radio the other day and my ground wire sparked, didn't think anything of it then later when trying to start my car it didn't turn on it just cranked. Tried pop starting it a few times and nothing. I'm getting fuel I can smell it. Checked all fuses and they're good. Can it be a blown ignition relay? What are the chances of the ignition coils going bad or the icm? I asked a shop by me and they were saying I could've "popped my ecu" and we're trying to get me towed to their shop. Any suggestions before I start spending tons of money on new parts

You sure its a ground wire? Ground wires need ground so grounding them wouldnt make them spark...not sure why itll spark.
