I have a friend with a 87 N/A. It quit running while he was driving. It will turn over but will not start. The injectors are not getting a pulse. Double check all fuse, they are all good. Fuel pump works, battery good. Could it be a ECU problem??? Please if anyone could let me know what it may be I would appricate it!

 

Since you have gone this far, have you done a compression test or know much about the health of the motor?

I had a car that died while running and wouldn't start up again because it was dangerously close to low compression. Instead of grenading, it went out the quiet and rebuildable way. One guess - but until we know more this is my first guess.
