can you install the intercooler without removing the front bumper cover !!!!

No, you really cant. If you were REALLY creative, had small hands, and smaller tools, and you bumper had enough room up there, theoretically, I suppose you could...but it would be very difficult. It's not that tough to remove a front bumper...what's the problem?

 

i dont feel like taking it off!
