Question Should We or Should we not.

My husband and I are curious on if we should invest money into the 12a that we have in our car now. It is a great runner and strong. Or should we go with a 13b. I think we should stay with what we got and build that up. He just wants something fast and with lots of power. I think we already got that.

Is it a 12A NA (Naturally Aspirated, a.k.a. no turbo)? If he wants something fast he will be better off going with a 13B but if you have a 1st gen you will have to get the 13B from the GSL-SE or you will open up a whole new can of worms mounting and installing a 13BT from a 2nd gen. I must say KUDOS for enjoying the Rx-7 and supporting your husbands, is it your husbands?, expensive hobby Just be prepared to spend some money when you start upgrading things because the snowball gets pretty big, pretty quick. Just check out the threads out there about how much people spend on their cars

It is a 12a NA. I think it is pretty fast already and with the stories he tells of his best friends 13b and all the stupid stuff they have done with it. I think we are fast enough already. As far as whos car it is, it's mine but don't tell him that. So he is secrectly supporting my exspensive hobby. Plus the bonus is I don't have to get dirty fixing my (oopps his) car up.
