Thanks for the quick reply. I was told that Alamo Rotary did pretty good work. The problem is electrical. The engine is turning over but it won't start. I can smell gas, but I don't think I am getting signal to the coils.

It sounds like your engine is flooded. Look on the web for an easy fix. Go to this site: http://www.teamfc3s.org/ and look for unflooding procedure. If its not your case, sorry for the lecture.

I used to use Donnie myself when he had his own shop off Nacogdoches - he closed down and I've lost track of him. If you find out where he is and if he still does RX work, please post a phone number and address.
How many miles do you have on your car and what year is it? I've got a '87 TII that started having that problem at about 100K. Pull the green fuse (EGI INJ, I think) in the fuse block under the hood near the battery, crank it for about 5 seconds, then replace the fuse and quickly try starting it up again. If that works, and you begin having a continual problem where it won't start warm, welcome to my world! I'm at 137K now, so I've lived with it for a while. Really need to install that under-dash cutoff switch inline with the fuse! Gets to be a real pain to start up after a while! You may be just losing compression or you may have a leaky injector that's causing the problem (assuming it continues to happen). Let me know if you track down Donnie!
