Rx7 Coolant issue

Rx7 Coolant issue

I did a pressure check on my car and there was no leak. However when I fill my coolant and start my car the add coolant light comes on. When I look the coolant level is below the sensor and I keep topping it off but get the same issue. Should I continue to burp it? Even though I passed a pressure check could there still be a leak letting air in?

Are you filling from empty (i.e. was the radiator drained)? If so, there's a lot of air pockets that need to be burped. I like using a Lisle funnel https://www.lislecorp.com/specialty-...ree-funnel-606. Just fill it and let the car run until you don't see any more bubbles (squeezing the lower radiator hose helps the process)

If the radiator wasn't drained and you are having to keep adding coolant, you might have other issues
