rev problem with my fd

their is a problem with my fd. When im heavy on the gas at any gear it seems that the rpms suddenly shoot up starting from 3.5g all the way to 8g, and when it ramps up the car stops to pull. it pulls fine from 1 to 3 but when the turbo kicks it ramps very suddenly.when im light on the gas the car runs fine till about 4g then it starts to ramp. Their also is a strong smell comming from the car when it ramps. i thought it was coolant or my clutch. the car has just been tuned about a week ago. I just looked at the flywheel and pressure plate and two of the 6 bolts keeping it in place have been stripped off. Any suggestions on what the problem is.
Thanks for the help
