replacing seals in a 93

I don't own a rx-7, but I'm hoping to soon. The one im interested in though, may have bad seals. And I was hoping how much it would cost to replace them as far as the labor and everything. Also any other general information about the motor would be very helpful. thank you.

I could cost anywhere from $1000 to a lot more depending on what else needs replacing. There are a lot of parts that get worn over time and they might need replacing. Also, if a seal 'broke', it can also damage a lot of things and not limited to the turbo(s).

Also, that's just the engine internals. There will be a lot of other work around the engine to take care of depending on the age of the car (which you could end up spending a few thousand getting it back on the road).

Same thing as above. You'll never know what needs to be replaced until the engine is completely apart and everything is inspected/measured for tolerances.

If the apex seals are broken that means that the engine is blown. This requires a complete rebuild.
