replacing s5 rotor

I started work on a complete brake tuneup for my 90 vert... so its a 4 piston.

But i wasn't able to get the rotor off the hub. Hanes didn't talk much about the rotors much, so i assume i was doing things correctly and its just rusted on. So before i take it to a machine shop and have it pressed off I'd like someone to tell me if i have to remove that centre aluminum piece or not.

Front Driverside Disk BTW

Thanks

success!

let it soak in wd-40 over night, then woke up angry as ever and gave it a few good whacks with the sledge hammer.

sorta destroyed the old rotor but the hub and lugs seem to be fine.

then cleaned it out and in.

but it turns out that the centre aluminum part i was crying about is just part of the all-aluminum hub... crazy

-just in case anybody was interested

thanks anyway
