i'm strongly considering getting this 89 TII. these are the mods

3" back to a apexi n1 ( purple) has a dynomax race muffler as a premuffler single exit on drivers side

exhaust has heat wrap... yes all of it

walbro 255 pump

greddy rebic 3 with greddy elbow and 720cc injector

Brand new S5 Turbo from Mazda with Ported waist gate.

perma cool e fan

magnacore plug wires ngk plugs

removed acv, air pump and all emissions

2 3/4 tid with cone filter


the thing is, i live in Cali. what i need to know is, what do i need to do to pass the emissions test? i'm thinking if i install back all the emissions, it should pass. so how hard/long is it to reinstall all emissions.
