I wanted to know whats the common cost with parts plus most common labor cost.

Anywhere between $1,500-$2,500 using your old housings if they're still good, $3,000-$4,500 for a rebuild with new housings from what I've seen going from site to site the $1,500 is from http://www.rotaryresurrection.com and $3,000+ would be from places like http://www.atkinsrotary.com or http://www.mazdatrix.com
