Unhappy rear bank spark plugs filled with oil

I need some help guys. I got a 86 fc with 110k on it and the compression is still at 100psi each bank. the thing is that my rear spak plugs ever since i did the oil change started to get oil on them while my car was off but when i drove the car for a while they dry up and no oil getts burned. thats my question what can this be ? i have no idea what i did or what went wrong. please im in dying need for help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your oil metering pump might be malfunctioning.
