Sorry I posted that without searching. I used this method

OK,
Now how to fix it.
GOOD NEWS! You have a ROTARY! There's no such thing as hydrolock on our cars!

Step1. Pray to who ever you can that mud or debri wasn't sucked up with the water

Step2.
Pop hood
Step3.
On the right hand side is the Main fuse block.
Step4.
Pull the cover off(if it's still on) and pull the 2nd fuse closest to the fender well. It prevents gas from being added to the chamber so you can clear the engine)
Step5.
Get in the car and hit/floor the accel pedal(car still off)
Step6.
Turn the car over while holding pedal for a few seconds.
(It will push all water out of the chambers)
Step7. Pray again.
Step8.
Put fuse back in and try to start it.
The only prob is my car STARTED with the fuse out. But the bottom line is it started. Oh and I found a plug wire off so I madeout good I guess
