I want to know if it's ported and how much is it worth?

value depends on the rebuild kit used and the compression the motor has.

Will the compression test let me know if it's ported. If the compression is over 110psi and ported how much is this rotary worth. It was done by lucky 7

the compression test will not let know if the motor is ported. call lucky 7 and ask them what they did to the motor.

You'll need to look inside the intake and exhaust runners to determine if it is ported.
