Talking Points dizzy

hello all i have a 12a jport with points dizzy and am wondering wat should the gap be set at have read a few different varations and downloading any type of manual is not a viable option at the momentas computer is from ice age all help welcomed yol

dwell angle 58* plus or minus 3
points gap 0.45mm plus or minus 0.05mm

hey all havent had chance to tinker with points yet but was thinking 0.45 is rather large gap sori for askig andd i am working on getting fsm but at this stage this site is only access to infomation i have does the size of port change the gap size in any way also hhow do you measure dwell angle

0.45mm= roughly .018". Anywhwre from .016 to .018 should work fine.

It's a different tool that is used. It is a Tachometer/ Dwell angle meter.
