pittman arm.

I was changing the steering gear box out of my car with the one in my parts car the other day. swapped them over fine, but when i was trying to re-connect the pittman arm. Im not sure how, but the threads on the bolt got f-ed up, and i cant re-connect everything.

So my qustion is, how can get the pittmann arm off the old steering gear box. my pickle fork isnt big enough to use, and i dont have any kind of a puller like that. any ideas? thanks.
