Ok guys what am I looking at?

Removed the dash out of my 93, also took out what I thought was a alarm system. Also there was wiring that wasnt actually hooked up to anything so I proceeded to take that out too. Put my dash back in but now my car will not start. Cranks but does not turn over.

Pic 2 is relays.

Pic 1 looks like a lot of alarm control boxes I have seen/removed. I'd need to see the connector to be sure. Are there any part numbers on it?

"Cranks but does not turn over" doesn't make sense. If the starter is cranking then the engine is turning.

you'll have to find the wiring diagram of the car & the one of the alarm system.
take your dash out again and find your mistake , if electrical is not your cup of tea i suggest to take it to a decent automotive alarm system shop.

pulling/cutting wire without knowledge of their property is a big no no.
