oil pressure gauge problems
i have an autometer oil pressure gauge in my car that doesn't work. neither does the factory gauge, so i am blind to my pressure and i don't like that. it looks like the guy that had the car b4 me tried to hook up the autometer and the factory at the same time, well i wired up the autometer and it wouldn't work by itself. will i need a new oil pressure sending unit or what?

i have a 91 na... i have the autometer electrical oil pressure gauge.. and it was a breeze.. the kit comes with different slighter bigger sender for 100 psi that screws on where they old one does... you'll need an adapter... i believe racing beat makes one.. i found on in my tool chest hehe... then run a wire from the sender to the back of the gauge that says sender goes here!!!! if not you'll fuq the gauge up.. if its electrical like mine(wish i wouldve got mechanical) then youll need 2 more cables one to a 12v fuse the other to any ground around the firewall or chasis.. and it should work.. unless its messed up
