Oil leaking into radiator

I just found on a search that oil in the radiator with an automatic may be caused by the oil cooler in the radiator leaking into the coolant side of the radiator. Does this sound like a plausible explaination? Looking to buy a used FD auto with the same exact problem. Oil in the radiator turning it into sludge.

I don't really understand your question, but why are you looking at a auto FD anyway?

Check the dip stick. If the oil is clean on it, then it is plausable.
