Octane for NA FC?

In the manual it says to use 87 octane or higher. Ive read where using higher than recommended octane does not help power or economy. But the manual is pretty vague about it. Think Im gonna start filling up with Shell VPower 93 octane, but wanted to post this before I started spending the extra dough.

Thanks for the help.

for a stock NA FC I would stay at 87, A: it costs more for no gain. B: you wont get a complete burn. when I got mine a while back I thought it would run better, but really it ran worse, so I just stuck with 87.

I run Shell 87, that's all you need for an NA.
