Non turbo or Turbo seals?

Ok, I tried a search before hand, but anyhow my questions is to use guys is what is the difference between the seal kit for the turbo rx-7 and the n/a rx-7? For the the second gen if it matters. I mean the side seals, apex seals, corner seals, and springs all that good stuff.

beacuse if there is no difference why not just buy a non turbo kit and built your turbo motor up? the only obvious difference i can see is that the block would be different for the lower compression for the boost. I rebuilt my last motor (the car in my sig) with a non turbo kit and it ran great and it supported 15+ psi. Was this a bad decision? Also i know iof a few other guys that have done the same and there cars are still running after a number of years.

Has anyone else done it? I'm just tryign to get it cleared up from the highly experienced guys out there but, I guess flame on, im ready for it!
