no spark no fuel...??? please help!

i've posted this a number of times with no answers so i'll post it again since i've now updated the info... i had a short in my wiring harness on my 93 FD so in turn i pulled it out and fixed it up. the short was in wiring that i had meant to remove (emmisions controls.. etc) but never did cause i am a dumbass. i re-installed the harness and now i have no spark and no fuel. i tested for voltage pulses from all of the connections on the ECU and at the harness connectors with no luck. i also checked for continuity from the connectors to the ECU on the wires for the injectors and the igniter, as well as shorts between the wires. everything checked out ok. i then assumed it was my PFC that was burned out from the original short in the harness, so i plugged my stock ECU back in to verify this (assuming that my engine would at least try to start) and i still got nothing. so my question is... what is left to check? my only thought is my crank angle sensors, but how do i check those without an osilliscope? anyone else have any thoughts on this issue???

You might want to check all your fuses and definitely your fusible links, you may have popped one.

Find someone with a scanner, this might point you in the right direction or at least narrow the problem(s) down.
