No injector pulse and running out of gas

So my 88 Rx7, ran out of gas and now wont start. I checked my fuel pressure which was fine and my compression to make sure I hadn't blown an apex seal somewhere along the line and it's fine. I checked my injectors for a pulse and got nothing. If I had ran out of gas and now my injectors aren't pulsing what could have went wrong with my wiring?

Apologies if there's plenty of people asking the same question I"m in a big rush

The two injectors at the top of the engine are the secondary injectors which do not work starting or idling the car. Are these the injectors you checked or did you actually check the primary injector pulse at the ECU, which is the only way to check them w/o pulling off the manifold.

By running out of gas you ran the risk of clogging the fuel sock located in the fuel tank.
